SALTY SOULS
Breathe, Move, Swim
Join our Saturday wellness group focused on movement, cold ocean dips, and breath work. We gather to energize our bodies and minds through invigorating activities, fostering a supportive community dedicated to holistic health. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, come connect, rejuvenate, and embrace the transformative power of nature.
November 16th 2024 to January 25th 2025. Penneshaw Beach, Kangaroo Island
Breathe
Perform breathwork to still the mind and centre the body, with the waves to guide you and experienced breathwork facilitators holding the space. Learn how powerful the breath can be in resetting the nervous system, and build breath awareness for a more effective exercise session.
Move
Experience fitness through a range of modalities to inspire, challenge and awaken the body. From taekwondo, yoga, acro and bootcamp, enjoy a diversity of activities to challenge all fitness levels. Meet local facilitators who will share their skills - something fresh and somebody new each week!
Swim
Feel the power of community connection through a shared bond of swimming and being present together in nature. Get a dose of cold exposure to end the morning, giving a boost of feel good hormones and lots of laughs! Invigorate the body and replenish the soul.
