Breathing is something we do over 20,000 times a day, but we rarely connect with its true ability to control our nervous system and release feel-good hormones. By becoming aware of the consciously controlled breath we can direct the speed, depth and location of our inhale and exhales, with instantaneous results to our physiology and state of mind.
